WheelPlaces is a community directory of wheelchair accessible places. Listings, photos, reviews, answers and reports are contributed by members and checked by our volunteers and administrators as well as we can.

Places change, and contributors can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that any information is complete, accurate or current, and a listing never means a place is “fully accessible”. Always confirm details that matter to you directly with the place before you visit. WheelPlaces is not affiliated with the businesses listed unless stated.

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for what you post from your account.
• One person, one account. Don’t create accounts to boost reports or reviews.

You keep ownership of what you contribute. By posting, you give WheelPlaces a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, adapt (for example resize photos) and share it as part of the service. You confirm you have the right to post it — for photos, that you took them or have permission.

Do not post content that:

• is knowingly false or misleading, including fake places, reviews or reports;
• shows identifiable people’s faces without their consent, or private information;
• is abusive, hateful, harassing, sexual, or illegal;
• is advertising or spam, or infringes someone else’s rights.

Administrators and moderators may review, edit, hide, or remove any content, and may change roles or suspend accounts that break these terms. Community reports can automatically add a notice to a listing or hide it until it is checked. Every change is recorded.

Don’t try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don’t use it to harm others.

WheelPlaces is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using WheelPlaces at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
